Refund Policy

CookCardz is a low-cost monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if something has genuinely gone wrong we want to hear about it.

You can cancel your CookCardz subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals - your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.

Because subscriptions are billed monthly at a low price, we don't generally provide refunds for the current billing period once it has started, or for periods you didn't get around to using.

We'll consider a refund where:

• you were charged in error (for example, duplicate charges, or a charge after you had cancelled);
• the Service was unavailable or materially broken for an extended period during your billing month; or
• a refund is required by consumer law that applies to you, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer law that can't be excluded. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded - for example, that they will be provided with due care and skill and be reasonably fit for their intended purpose.

Email us at support@cookcardz.com from the email address on your account, include the approximate date of the charge and a short description of what went wrong, and we'll get back to you. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through our payment provider and usually appear within a few business days.

If you believe there's a problem with a charge, please contact us first - most issues are quicker to resolve directly than through a chargeback with your bank.

The Service is operated by WRTHWHILE (ABN 71 181 136 188), a registered Australian business based in New South Wales. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
